Juliette Bradley

Juliette Bradley

Business Manager

Juliette started her career in the fundraising division of the British Red Cross and worked for eight years there, completing a not-for-profit sector management diploma before life took her into full-time motherhood, and then to Canada.

As the Office Manager for a construction company in Alberta, she developed her administrative skills, honed her organizational flair and, with the voluntary sector very much part of her make-up, put these skills to great use in her various volunteer roles in the community. Known for her attention to detail, her friendly nature and incessant cheerfulness, Juliette is the natural hub of our THINK Canada team.

Nicky Elischer

Nicky Elischer

Director
After beginning her career as a drama teacher, Nicky moved on to Help the Aged where she applied her educational experience to schools fundraising. Her new role gave her the opportunity to develop her fundraising skills across the whole community fundraising area and she rose through the ranks to eventually head up these activities for the Charity. Nicky went on to work as a fundraising consultant for nine years, during which time she managed teams across all fundraising disciplines, whilst specialising in trusts and foundations.

From there Nicky added her sector experience to the THINK stable.
